Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
