Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, weapons, or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out using a personalized access code.
