Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
