Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, weapons, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and police involvement if necessary. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
