Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
