These spacious apartments feature inviting living areas, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms complete with toiletries, a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room, complimentary coffee, and free in-unit washer and dryer. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. While designs are based on the photos, each apartment has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Enjoy access to the fitness center and community garden located on the 3rd floor, and the dog park located on the 4th floor. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length will be collected separately.

A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance.
Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
