Parking is available with fees ranging from $100.00 for 1 week to $175.00 for 4 weeks. Temporary passes are also available for $20.00 for a few hours or $40.00 overnight. A welcome package fee of $75.00 includes one FOB, a lanyard, coupons from the café, and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area. Additional FOBs are available for $30 each. Packages can be delivered to the building at a cost of $7.00 per package. Each unit includes one beach umbrella, beach towels, and two non-reclining, foldable beach chairs for your convenience.

The property may include a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, with no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. Any sound crossing a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. There is one laundry room per floor, not located inside the apartment, with a cost of $2.50 per load. Guests are required to sign the vacation rental agreement upon arrival.
