Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies if you bring a pet, as other guests may be allergic.

Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent 3 days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
