All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to register may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300.
