Guest screening is required prior to check-in for safety and security. Signing the Rental Agreement is mandatory before check-in. Noise policy prohibits loud music and parties, with violations resulting in fines. The building operates a centralized HVAC system, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to register may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties incur a $300 fine.
