There is also a small table with some chairs in the kitchen. The housemates are all quiet, clean, and respectful people, and we are looking for the same. There is no application initiation fee or late fees for rent payments. Aside from the rent, each of the occupants of the home evenly divide up the monthly utility bills. Lastly, the home is part of an HOA that features a clubhouse with a small gym and pool.
