Brand new replacement windows were just done, and the warranty conveys. Five bedrooms and two full classic baths upstairs and a fully finished Walkout Basement with the sixth private bedroom and bath and a large family/rec room on the other end that opens to the patio area. The heat and A/C were replaced in '20, Gas heat, hot water, huge brick fireplace, (another Pulte fixture like the slate foyers), barbecue grill, and firepit are all plumbed natural gas, no propane tanks here. Nice size garage with finished interior opens and side outside door opens to a big, oversized mudroom/laundry area.
The original front doors were also recently replaced with very nice quality double doors. There is lots of info on everything in our disclosures. Lots of really nice features here. Drive bys and a little snooping are fine, it's vacant and will be ready to show 7/17.Thanks Fred
