Carpet removed from the bedrooms and stairs, wood floors professionally sanded as well as the parquet flooring in the living room. All new light fixtures (excluding utility closest), "barn" doors added, new raised panel doors and hardware on the bedrooms & bathrooms. All outlets & switches changed out, fuse box upgraded to breakers, GFCI outlets added to kitchen & baths (there were no outlets in the bathrooms). Rear 2 windows and large sliding glass patio door were replaced. Newer gas furnace, water heater & stack washer & dryer.
