In 1999 we added the foot addition on the house, the addition included two bedrooms, one car garage and a 12x12 room attic with drop down stairs in the bedroom. The total house is approx. 30 x 60.

In 2002 the kitchen was remodeled with all new cabinets, countertops and appliances.

In 2004 the outside shed was constructed. It is 24x30 with10' sidewalls. The east door is 14'x9. There is a 9x7 door on the west end and a walk door on the south side. There is a concrete floor throughout the building.

The additional 35' which this shed is built on was purchased in 1999.

In 2005 the 14x14 sunroom was added.

In approximately 2002 the electric heat pump was installed.

In 2010 the high efficiency 80,000 BTU natural gas furnace was installed. At this time a natural gas pipe was also installed to the deck for a BBQ grill feed.

*The electric heat pump is for heating and cooling. When the temperature drops below 20 degrees outside the natural gas furnace kicks on. It is a high efficiency NG furnace installed in 2010.

In 2008 the pellet stove was installed
