Upon entering through the front door using a digital keypad, you'll find the living room to your right, featuring a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. The dining room is to your left. A hallway from the living room leads to three of the four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second has two full beds, and the third has one full bed with an attached half bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware, is accessible through the living room. A large farm table with two benches and two chairs provides ample dining space. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer tucked away in the closet. The fourth bedroom, located across from this bathroom, features a queen bed. Outside, a grill and firepit are available for your enjoyment.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, or waste found in the yard or home.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
