Family-friendly amenities include a cot and high chair. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is available.
One small pet is allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. A maximum of three cars are allowed to park in the driveway.
Centrally located in Palm Beach Gardens, this house is a 15-minute drive to Juno Beach and Ocean Reef Park beach, a 10-minute drive to the PGA National Golf resort and 15-20 minutes drive to numerous other golf courses, 5 minutes from the Garden’s Mall, 15 minutes from City Place and Palm Beach Outlets, and 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. A selection of gourmet restaurants are all in Palm Beach Gardens, a 5-10 minute drive from the house.
Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk, and children in the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times. If the grill or kitchen oven is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. No more than 6 people are allowed to stay overnight at the property. A photo copy of the lead guests drivers license which matches the credit card used to book is required upon booking, and the lead guest must be 27 years or older to book.
