Davenport’s charming dining scene offers family-friendly restaurants a short drive away, while the ChampionsGate community provides a tranquil setting to return to after each adventure. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and one vehicle may park in the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
