The Retreat at ChampionsGate adds resort-style perks: a pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, golf clubhouse, and six clay tennis courts.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay.
Located in the gated masterplan community of ChampionsGate in Florida, this villa offers a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Davenport’s charming dining scene offers family-friendly restaurants a short drive away, while the ChampionsGate community provides a tranquil setting to return to after each adventure. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and one vehicle may park in the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
