The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics, with indoor and outdoor dining areas providing flexibility. Enjoy your private pool with an option to add heat, along with a hot tub and furnished patio space for outdoor relaxation.
Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional resort facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and 6 clay tennis courts. Pool and hot tub heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle on the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Located in the Four Corners area, this villa is close to world-renowned attractions, with Disney a 20-minute drive away, Universal Studios approximately 28 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are provided with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products. The grill does not include propane; guests will need to provide their own tank. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
