Investors and flippers - here is your next project! I am a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with the potential to be a 3 bedroom dwelling. I will need a complete renovation. I don't believe I am a good fit for anyone who doesn't have a high level of contractpr/builing/remodeling experience. I would prefer to have my insides gutted out. I fear there may be some bio hazards, like mildew or mold in my walls. I think I had a water leak at some point, and although that wound has healed, there are some scars left behind. I have heard a 203k renovation loan is an option, but i will need a lot of work. BTW, I do have a really nice 2 car garage accessed by the front driveway.
