It’s a 5 bedroom 2 bath home.
Rent is for 1 student for 1 bedroom.
Each room has a locked door and closet.
Rent includes utilities: electric, gas, water, sewer & trash. We provide 2 refrigerates, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.
We take care of mowing as well.
Students 25 and under is a $500 security deposit with a cosigner.
Students 25 and older is a $650 security deposit and no cosigner.
No smoking. No pets.
You will be sharing the common areas (bathrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway, garage) with other students.
Home is located next to other student rentals that we own and we have lots of off street parking.
Lease ends May 20, 2027.
