Per Hawaii zoning laws, this unit mandates a 30-day minimum booking. Leases less than 6 months are subject to GET/TAT tax of 17.92%.

2 parking stalls provide space for compact and standard vehicles. This unit cannot accommodate large-sized SUVs and oversized vehicles.

This unit and its entire premises are non-smoking; failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction without refund.

In compliance with Honolulu Fire Code, there is no BBQ/grilling allowed on the lanai; please utilize one of the many grills provided by the estate.
