Brand new Queen size bed, quality linens and comforter, dresser, nightstand, Smart TV with Apple TV. Room also has a Table and Chair, large enough for a workspace, or morning coffee and meals. Mini Fridge also included.

Reynoldstown is a historic East Atlanta neighborhood known for its blend of old and new architecture, vibrant community, and direct Atlanta BeltLine access.The neighborhood offers a very walkable, urban environment with local shops, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, street art, parks, and the Reynoldstown Wheelbarrow Festival, fostering a funky and eclectic vibe. Publix across the street, boutique fitness studios, and a new AMC movie theater. One of the very best, highly sought after areas in Atlanta.
About Us:
We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly and safe household. My partner Kyle and I are professional performers in the Entertainment Industry, both on-stage and in front of the camera. We live here with our adorable french bulldog, Edison. We both met working for the circus in Las Vegas with Cirque du Soleil. I am from California, and Kyle from New York. We love to travel, meet new friends, and explore all areas of the arts.
We prefer applicants who do not work from home. Background Check required, and proof of employment. No Parties. Quiet hours per HOA rules are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
