No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $500 fine. The pool is currently under renovation and will remain closed until further notice. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. The minimum age requirement for check-in from March 1st to May 1st is 25 years of age. A security camera is installed outside for safety, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided, and the property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items on the premises.
