AUCTION TERMS: Selling two parcels of land located in Sections 27 and 34 of Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Logan County, IL. Buyer(s) to enter into a written agreement on the day of the Auction requiring 10% of the purchase price as down payment with the balance due at closing. Closing will be on or about August 15, 2012.
