There is a full bath with walk-in shower, a HUGE walk-in closet & a smaller closet. The other 2 downstairs bedrooms are good size rooms. Hall bath has retro-turquoise double sinks, sunken tub & toilet. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom w/ 1/2 bath plus several walk-in areas to the attic. There is a "play room" which is part of the attic w/ wood floors & a window, but NO AC. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room w/ ample strage & a sink. Also near the kitchen & garage entry is an office/hobby room. The house has a 1,000 gal septic on the north end plus a 300 gal grease trap on te south end. The Pool house has its own septic. Intercom DOES NOT WORK! The Pool is all approx 3 1/2" to 4" deep. There are 2 water heaters (gas) and 1 HVAC unit. The house is very well insulated plus the roof is metal over wood shingles w/ insulation in between them. FLOODZONE but they have never in their 52 yrs had water close to getting in.
