5. Two septic tanks. One is 1000 gal. capacity for future prefab manufacture home. The other is two fifty five gallons that hook up to the trailer. Cost $7500.00

7. Well and shed. Willis put in new well pump, pipes, electrical wiring, control module very recently in July 2022. Total cost $8300.00. The well is registered in my name with the department of water.
8. Two security cameras system. One wireless with 6 installed cameras and 2 extras for interchageable when the battery in the camera has low voltage. Those cameras also use sunlight to recharge. The other camera system is by Reolink. There are wired cameras to the recorder NVR. It can monitor 24/7 and recorded and playback via LAN or WAN networks. Both system with security lights cost $2000.00
9.Older model SKYLINE trailer cost $3000.00. It parks under the carport. There will be no leaking under any circumstances.
10. The Viasat satellite dish network already installed but the buyer has to transfer it into his name. Total cost to have the service guy came out to install and correct problems $300.00
