There are currently no utilities to the property. TERMS OF SALE: There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price. Credit card is required to bid. A non-refundable down payment/earnest money of $2,500 for Tract 1, $2,500 for Tract 2, and $1,000 for Tract 3 to be applied to the purchase price, will be required at the close of the sale with the signing of the purchase agreement. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing in certified funds. Property will not sell subject to financing, appraisal, inspections, or survey and is selling in its present condition without warranty.
