The bedroom passes a dedicated walk in closet and then through a door to the Owner's Bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tub and a dual sink vanity unit. The Owner's toilet is accessed from the bathroom through a separate door. Electrical outlets are generously provided throughput the house, all bedrooms enjoy lighted ceiling fans and wired smoke detectors. The Lounge has a combined wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector. A wifi enabled HVAC thermostat is located in the Lounge. The external internet connection is positioned by the garage side door and the internal connection is in the Lounge. The current internet service provider is Xfinity who offer gigabit speeds up to 1200Mbps.

The house benefits from a concrete block and stucco (CBS) construction rather than the cheaper stick or wood frame home. As a result this CBS home is significantly stronger and unlike a stick home is resistant to fire and weather effects and has a higher tensile strength. CBS homes are also less susceptible to termite and mold damage and general wood deterioration and tend to command a higher resale value and lower insurance costs as they are perceived by insurance companies to pose lower risk.
