A gentle stroll down the secluded sidewalk leads you straight to the soft, sun-kissed sands of Destin – no roads to cross and no crowds to navigate. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home, leaving the sleeping area separate from living spaces. The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower and tub combo. Both bedrooms boast private balconies for enjoying a little extra getaway.
Step inside to discover a spacious and sunlit sanctuary, where 'Clean Coastal' meets modern for an upscale vibe. The open-concept living space boasts a staggering 26-foot ceiling, creating an airy ambience that invites the outside in. Impeccably styled with hints of modern flair, every corner evokes relaxation and rejuvenation. The living room is spacious and ready to accommodate your entire group to play board games, enjoy a cozy movie by the fireplace, or just to go "old school" and laugh and chat amongst yourselves. A cozy couch and four occasional chairs are perfect for all of the above here. The dining area is adjacent and open to the living area, with seating for up to eight guests. A modern styled half bath is conveniently located right off the living area. The kitchen is complete with full-size stainless appliances and everything you need for preparing your meals from dishes, silverware, small appliances, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs.
Parking is only available for two vehicles in the parking lot and unfortunately no public parking is available in our area. We provide a pack and play, high chair, baby stair gates, and plastic dishes, cups, and silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.
This prime location is a gateway to all the adventures and attractions Destin has to offer. You're a stone's throw away from the pristine Destin Beaches, scenic Local State Park Beaches, and the vibrant Crab Island. Get your adrenaline pumping with cart racing, cool down at the water parks, or try your hand at fishing in the Destin Harbor. Golf aficionados will appreciate the proximity to lush courses, shoppers can lose themselves in expansive retail areas, and the gastronome in you will revel in the array of local dining and bars. And don't forget the enchanting Baytown Wharf – a hub of entertainment and excitement.
Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We do not permit early check-ins or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them. Spring break or student groups under 25 years old are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly at this location, including Emotional Support Animals. A strict noise ordinance is in place at 10pm, as this is a residential area. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time. Checkout is 10am, anything after 10am incurs an additional day and cleaning charge. No illegal activity is permitted and no smoking indoors or on balconies at any time. Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind will be charged the cost of replacement items ruined, plus cleanup fee. Any and all issues must be disclosed during stay prior to checkout, or you are held liable for any damages. Property manager must be notified and given ability to resolve any and all issues during stay, or guests accept responsibility of not disclosing in a timely manner. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities such as TV, internet, or A/C as these types of outages are beyond our control but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
