Once unit is ready the $100 deposit will hold unit for up to 20 Days or Full Security Deposit can be paid which would hold apartment to hold for up to 75 Days If Tenant fails to take possession of the Premises for any reason (other than apartment not being ready for move-in by November 9th 2020) the Deposit will not be returned. If Tenant’s application is not approved Deposit will be returned within 15 days. Tenant must take possession of Premises or begin to make lease payments described in the lease within 20 or 75 days, respective of the deposit, of unit availability or right to hold Location is waived and Deposit will not be returned.
