Isaac’s farm remained in the family until 1966 when it was purchased by another family from Connecticut. They raised beefalo, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, guinea hens, bees, dogs, barn cats and three children. They practiced organic farming before organic was a thing. The farm's edible landscape includes apples, gooseberries, currants, rhubarb, blueberries, raspberries, asparagus and blackberries. Old logging roads crisscrossing the property are great for mountain biking and hiking. The Appalachian Trail borders the southern boundary of the property. There are multiple springs and brooks throughout the farm that could support the construction of a pond. The property is conserved with an easement with the Upper Valley Land Trust.
