Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
