The majority of the property backs up to another woods. The majority of the property has electricity available through Paulding Putnam Electric, with electric service already established at a residence across the road, one of the few residences close to this property. Paulding Putnam's territory is believed to make up the majority of the property, on the north side. American Electric Power's territory is believed to be a small portion on the south side of the property, but it sounds like there might not be any existing poles or lines of theirs close by. Therefore, if someone was to build somewhere on the northern majority of the property, it is believed that Paulding Putnam might be the most economical choice. This information is merely provided as a courtesy to the potential buyer, but ultimately, the buyer should determine for certain as to the availability of any utilities and the approximate costs to connect as part of their due diligence when considering purchasing the land.
