Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Featuring a bold contrasting center kitchen island, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room, with its bold geometric accent wall, offers a dinner table with seating for six or more, and a breakfast bar at the kitchen island. The living room, furnished for comfort, invites you to relax with its open-concept layout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy seating.
Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest.
Nestled conveniently between the 610 Loop and Beltway 8, this prime vacation home offers an urban-suburban feel. Located only minutes from downtown and the Energy Corridor, you'll find an abundance of family-friendly activities and community appreciation here. Houston is known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science, offering plenty of southern charm. Nearby attractions include the Houston Museum of Natural Science and Minute Maid Park, both within a 21-minute drive.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests can log in with personal accounts.
The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work-friendly stays.
