Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or weapons are allowed, and police will be called for violating the weapons rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
