Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. Pool access is allowed by season and weather. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length.
Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may need to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
