Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. Pool access is allowed by season and weather. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.
Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, you are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may need to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
