Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited; police will be called for violating this rule. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional fee for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
