Pets: No pets of any kind shall be permitted on the Premises at any time. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of this Lease.

Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, or similar products, is strictly prohibited inside the Premises and in any enclosed or common areas of the property.
