The house has on and off street parking, a large back yard, and a garage for storage. There is a common den with large windows upstairs and a common area in the finished basement, as well as a wash room with a washer and dryer. All common rooms are furnished. Three housemates are looking for some to fill the 4th room as I move out.

We currently have 3 pets. Two medium to large dogs who are very cute and friendly and one cat who may have never left her bedroom (so cat allergies are a non-issue). Unfortunately, additional pets will not be considered at this time.
