Cobia Casita is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. A golf cart is available for rent during your stay, and pool heating can be added for a seasonal fee upon request. Parking is plentiful, with room for RV parking and an EV charger port.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons, you'll find plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets, with an additional $50 fee for excess cleanup. Events and parties are not permitted, and guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Trash must be taken to the curb on designated pickup days, and any issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
