Beautiful views with hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails in the Tucson Mountain Park right out the gate. Very quiet and private area on a dead-end road. Out of town, but still close enough for easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

You will love it here if you are independent and like to do your own thing and don’t take offense to quiet, introverted but very friendly people :)

Located outside of the city but still only a few minutes to convenience stores, laundry, and local restaurants. Only 20 minutes to major shopping in the Drexel Heights area (Walmart, Fry’s, Safeway, Sprouts, Target, Lowe's, Home Depot, and lots more) or downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona, and 15 minutes to Casino Del Sol or Old Tucson.

Rv Spaces ( ***This is only the space for RV/Trailer/Camper/Motorhome/LQ trailer; you must provide the RV. RV must be in good condition and fully functional, no restrooms or showers for renter use on site.):

-RV Parking Space 1: full hookups, back-in, room for up to 2 personal vehicles. 30 amp electric, water, and sewer. Your own area, separately fenced from the main property, right off the road for easy access.

-RV Parking Space 2: partial hookups, back-in, room for 1 personal vehicle. 30 amp electric and water only. Sewer only via caddy or pump. Located within the fenced perimeter, gate access.

-RV Parking Space 3: partial hookups, back-in, room for 1 personal vehicle. 30 amp electric and water only. Sewer only via caddy or pump. Located in the front driveway area, not behind a fence or gate

Fully furnished studio apartments (2) (a part of the main house, a manufactured home, with private entrance):

-Studio 1: fenced yard area with firepit, kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate. Shower and garden tub. Mini-split for cooling and heating. Electric, water, sewer, and trash included.

-Studio 2: small patio, kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate. Shower only. Mini-split for cooling and heating. Electric, water, sewer, and trash included.


Horse boarding:
20 x 20 or 20 x 40 stalls available, huge arena, round pen, hay barn, tack room, and access to miles and miles of trail riding in the Tucson Mountain Park and Saguaro West. Trailer parking available.
