This traditional center-hall Colonial, formerly a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was completely renovated in 2022 using the highest quality materials and workmanship while overlooking no details! We remodeled or replaced EVERYTHING. It is now 6 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths! We moved and upgraded the Kitchen to include stainless steel appliances – gas range, exhaust fan, large bottom freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wine/beverage refrigerator, black (Marquina Midnight) quartz counter tops, and new custom cabinets (with soft close doors and drawers) and pantry. 1000 sqft of wasted space was converted into living space - a new big 1st Floor Primary Bedroom with En Suite bath, large walk-in closet and a mini-split HVAC system of its own. The new downstairs bedroom has its own En-Suite Bath, and a large walk-in closet. We moved and remodeled the 1st floor half-bath. An old garage got a new 9’ garage door, and is now a large workshop or “built-in” shed! We finished the rest of the basement – it now has a huge Great Room with brick patio (and brick barbeque) out back. All of the rooms got crown molding, and the 1st floor got new baseboards. We built a new 2 car garage with 9’ insulated garage doors, with openers, and a work area, and built a driveway with turnaround stem. We added a 1st floor Mud Room/Laundry Room w/new washer and dryer. We also upgraded the heating fuel to natural gas, and replaced the HVAC unit. There is new plumbing (supply lines, drains, and main) throughout the house, new electric throughout the house (wire, outlets, switches, smoke alarms, overhead ceiling lights, 5 ceiling fans and recessed lights, and the 1st floor Primary even got LED lighting under the crown molding). We added hardwood where there wasn’t any, refinished the existing hardwood, and installed new carpeting downstairs. We built you a new stone fireplace surround. We replaced the roof, the windows, and the siding, and landscaped and seeded the yard. Great location (1 mile to Great Falls, ½ mile to Potomac Place Shopping Center). The flat (mostly) 1/2 acre lot has a great backyard for your children to play in. Come see it, and make it yours!
