This traditional center-hall Colonial, formerly a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was completely renovated in 2022 using the highest quality materials and workmanship while overlooking no details! We built a new 2 car garage with 9’ insulated garage doors, with openers, and a work area, and built a driveway with turnaround stem. We added a 1st floor Mud Room/Laundry Room w/new washer and dryer. We also upgraded the heating fuel to natural gas, and replaced the HVAC unit. There is new plumbing (supply lines, drains, and main) throughout the house, new electric throughout the house (wire, outlets, switches, smoke alarms, overhead ceiling lights, 5 ceiling fans and recessed lights, and the 1st floor Primary even got LED lighting under the crown molding). We added hardwood where there wasn’t any, refinished the existing hardwood, and installed new carpeting downstairs. We built you a new stone fireplace surround. We replaced the roof, the windows, and the siding, and landscaped and seeded the yard. Great location (1 mile to Great Falls, ½ mile to Potomac Place Shopping Center). The flat (mostly) 1/2 acre lot has a great backyard for your children to play in. Come see it, and make it yours!
