Most are inhabited by the owner of the individual condo, so they take great care of it. The grounds and parking lot are clean. There are no broken down cars in the parking lots. The pool area is pristine and inviting. This unit is our only rental property, so we take great care of it. You don't have to wait days to get hold of "your apartment manager." We (the owners) are 10 minutes away and super responsive. You'll want to live here once you see it. Reach out and let me know when you can tour it. Pets in aquariums (only) are okay. Sorry, any pet that will touch the carpet needs to live elsewhere. :)
