In 2014 the upper 1/2 bath pipe burst to the main floor and did damage to the drywall in the kitchen bath and bedrooms but the insurance company came in the same week and took all the drywall out and dried and mold prevented the home. So if you want an inexpensive home with a little work can be a great first home or Rental Property with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. You can redisign the layout or just put back together.
