Enjoy free access to a washer and dryer, a private pool with an option to add heat, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor area includes pool loungers and patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the Florida sun.
Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with a week's notice required. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Additional parking is available in the community. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included.

Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 14 guests is permitted. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Parking rules must be followed to avoid towing.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
