Please map the address first to your home or work. We are about 20 minutes West of downtown Evergreen in a beautiful mature Aspen grove. It is mountain living...four wheel drive is required. We have very very steep hills and very snowy winters. A tiny house also sits on the property. Would be great for artist, student or just getting out of the city into nature. Well behaved quiet dog ok, No Cats -owners allergic) Owners live in the top half of the house.

We have bears, deer, foxes, elk and all else that comes with mountain living.

The rent includes electric, gas and waste/recycle, basic internet, sewer fees and use of shared laundry room.

Cell service ONLY works with wifi-calling. Basic internet included but is not fast enough for VR, or gaming/extended streaming. ( However You are welcome to acquire your personal/private internet.)
