If using a recent tax return as proof of income, it must be accompanied by three months of bank statements. Alternative income sources, including rental assistance and housing vouchers, will be considered in accordance with all applicable fair housing laws.
A minimum credit score of 650 is required for all financially responsible applicants.
A criminal background screening will be completed for all applicants. Eligibility will be determined through an individualized assessment.
