On the ground floor of the clubhouse, there are lounge, TV, card, billiards and craft rooms, a library and wifi media centre along with management’s offices. On the upper floor, you'll find fitness facilities, the spa and locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms -- the fitness room overlooks the pool and lake. Vivante is 3 miles from beautiful, historic Punta Gorda and the Tamiami Trail, 7 from I75, a couple of hours from Naples and Sarasota and 3 hours from the Mouse.
