Please keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. Security cameras are on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if keys are not returned to the lockbox. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjust by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
