The home sits behind and to the side of the first tee on Renegade, about 125 yards away from the closest tee box, and about 280 yards away from the landing zone on the first hole, so is in no danger of getting hit by errant golf balls and it would be difficult to hear golfer's conversations. The cart paths are on the far side of the hole, so golf cart traffic is of no consequence. And, since no one is teeing off on the first hole in the late afternoon or at twilight, there is no noise or distraction at the end of the day when you might be enjoying a beverage or some quiet time on the spacious, and very private, back patio. The views beyond the golf course include the McDowell Mountain range about seven miles distant, and city lights on the valley floor at a range of about 25 miles (Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 28 air miles away, and about 1,565' below the elevation of this home). It is a great view and a very nice setting.
