Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with local recommendations. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks, each bedroom featuring an attached private bathroom. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games.
We welcome one dog up to 60 lbs for a fee of $200 per stay, with an additional $200 cleaning fee for any waste beyond hair. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent for $200 plus tax per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax and requires at least 5 days' notice to heat. The pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April.

Guests have complete access to the property with a secure door code provided 2 days before arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, with cleaning or damage costs charged to the primary guest. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of 6 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations to avoid eviction by the city without refund.
