This three-story waterfront retreat offers elegantly designed living spaces with plush seating, perfect for gatherings or quiet relaxation. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a brand-new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and two dishwashers. It is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine. Seven well-appointed bedrooms provide a tranquil, private space to unwind, each with an attached private bathroom. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games.
We welcome pets for a fee of $200 per pet per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged if waste beyond hair is found. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent for an extra fee of $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 and must be booked for the duration of your stay. The pool is closed seasonally from November to April.

The neighborhood’s quiet streets are ideal for leisurely strolls, morning jogs, or evening walks under the stars. While providing a peaceful retreat, it’s also conveniently close to local amenities, stunning beaches, delightful eateries, and charming shops within the vibrant town of Corolla.
No adhesives or glitter are allowed on walls or surfaces to prevent damage. Corolla is home to midges and snakes; keep doors closed to minimize their presence indoors. Contact us if you notice a snake on the property. Enjoy complete access to the property with a secure door code provided 2 days before arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, and cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and a maximum of two dogs is allowed. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
As parents of young children, we provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets and kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils. Books, games, and puzzles are available for family fun. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM for assistance, with a 24-hour emergency line for urgent issues.
